MMI Products, Inc. has an extensive and well-positioned distribution network, consisting of 73 company-operated distribution centers, located in 30 States. Our distribution network serves over 8,400 customers including construction contractors, fence wholesalers, industrial manufactures, highway construction contractors and fabricators of concrete reinforcing bar. MMI also manufactures products at 23 principal manufacturing facilities strategically located throughout the United States. In addition to servicing customers nationwide, our distribution centers and production facilities are well positioned to serve areas of high population and construction growth. We currently have manufacturing or distribution facilities in each of the ten States with the largest projected increases in population through 2025.
